If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • You have 10 calendar days to return or exchange the item(s) from the day you received it.
  • Please send us an email to inform us about it: orders@peasha.com
  • Item(s) must be in its original packaging when shipped back.
  • Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it unworn, unwashed, unused with return & exchange tag attached.
  • Order will include a return & exchange form. on your return form check off the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Fill in the form and send it back with item(s) you wish to exchange or refund. 

 

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your item(s). we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return in approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card please note that Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Also note that final sale item(s) may not be returned for a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel orders any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

 

NOTE: PEASHA may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
